SimNexus currently offers the following support levels for AnyLogicTM 5.0 software licenses purchased through our website.  To purchase additional support please call us at 719-278-3679.  Up and Running Support questions should be sent via email to techsupport@simnexus.com

Up and Running Support - Included

Includes installation support of AnyLogic on a single system, to the point where the standard installation examples execute successfully. Also includes two hours of initial support for a single user or license in two forms:

1. e-mail question/response, at a minimum of 1/4 hour per incident -- responses normally provided within 24 hours, Monday - Friday;

2. start-up assistance in setting up and running model template simulations, at a minimum of 1 hour per example -- assistance normally provided within 48 hours, Monday - Friday.

Additional support can be purchased by the hour at $100/hour or as part of one of the more comprehensive plans described below.

Basic - $550.00

Includes six hours per year of e-mail question/response support for a single user or license. Each response is a minimum of 1/4 hour, normally provided within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

Additional support can be purchased by the hour at $100/hour.

Standard - $1,000.00

Includes twelve hours per year of e-mail question/response support for a single user or license. Each response is a minimum of 1/4 hour, normally provided within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.

Additional support can be purchased by the hour at $100/hour.

Premium - $9,000.00

Includes up to 120 hours per year of e-mail question/response support for a single user or license. Each response is a minimum of 1/4 hour, normally provided within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
